Our Story

We are Ciarán & Stephen, the founders of Restore Wellness.

It all started in January 2023 over a casual weekend sauna chat. What began as a simple question—”Why don’t we open one? —quickly grew into a vision for something much bigger than just a business. We realised we wanted to create a warm, inviting space where people could truly slow down, feel at home, and connect with one another. Eight months later, Restore Wellness opened its doors

A lot has changed since then. We upgraded our sauna and plunge pool, and expanded our space, but every single upgrade has been driven by the incredible community that gathers here. Our true constant is our commitment to creating vibrant, welcoming refuge for social wellness and collective health.

Restore Wellness is a space built by everyone who walks through our doors. We’re still growing, learning, and evolving together, and we can’t wait to welcome you into the community.
