1. Bookings

All bookings are made through our online system. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking.

2. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance of your appointment time.

• No cancellations, changes, or refunds are allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.

• No-shows or late cancellations will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for a refund or credit.

3. Gift Cards & Packages

• Gift cards are valid for the amount purchased and can be used during the checkout process.

• Packages (e.g., 5-session bundles) are non-transferable and must be used within the specified validity period.

• Sessions unused after the expiration date may be forfeited.

4. Late Arrivals

Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show.

5. Liability

By booking with us, you agree to release Restore Wellness, its employees, and agents from any liability for injuries, loss, or damages related to your use of our services.
